Attorney Miranda Jackson

Miranda Jackson, a native of Sarasota, FL, earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, FL. She graduated Cum Laude and later attended Florida State University while preparing for medical school. As time progressed, she realized that although she had a passion for helping others, her calling was not in medicine but in advocating for the rights of people through law. While working as a tenth grade biology teacher she studied, prepared, and applied to law school. She later earned her law degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical School of Law in Orlando, FL. While there, she was 1L representative for the American Association for Justice (AAJ), member of the Women’s Law Caucus, Black Law Student Association, and Christian Legal Society. She also served as a third year representative for Kaplan. Attorney Jackson is currently a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Attorney Jackson has been dedicated to serving the needs of people who have been wrongfully injured and has successfully recovered over millions of dollars for those who have been victims of car accidents, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.

Attorney India J. Davis

India J. Davis was born and raised in Sanford, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Following graduation, she worked for J.P. Morgan Chase in their card services department as an account manager. After two years of employment with Chase, India made a decision to obtain her law degree. She later earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, FL. While attending law school India received book awards in evidence and remedies and graduated in the top 25% of her class. Following admission to the Florida Bar, India moved to South Florida to practice in the areas of Foreclosure Defense and Homeowner’s Property Insurance Litigation. She later returned back home to Central Florida where she turned her focus to personal injury protection and homeowner’s property insurance litigation. Attorney Davis is currently a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association. Attorney Davis has been dedicated to serving the needs of people who have suffered damages as a result of hurricanes and natural disasters and has successfully defeated insurance companies and recovered millions of dollars for those who have been victims of insurance claims.
